Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the training of adult students of AMS 3-6 years old courses;

2. Internship supervision of adult trainees;

3. Adult students observe the teacher's arrangement in practice.

Qualifications

1. The academic certificate and corresponding transcript of a bachelor's degree or above;

2. 3-6 year old Montessori teacher certificate (holding AMS and AMI and other related professional Montessori certificates);

3. After holding a Montessori certificate, at least 3 years of teaching experience in classrooms aged 3-6 (requires a third-party teaching experience certificate);

4. Have a certain amount of adult training experience (a certificate of teaching experience issued by a third party is required);

5. The number of hours of teacher development courses attended in the past three years is 30 hours (an average of 10 hours per year) (a certificate of course attendance or a certificate of completion is required);

6. Currently an AMS member (provide membership number and expiration date).
