Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the training of adult students of AMS 3-6 years old courses;
2. Internship supervision of adult trainees;
3. Adult students observe the teacher's arrangement in practice.
Qualifications
1. The academic certificate and corresponding transcript of a bachelor's degree or above;
2. 3-6 year old Montessori teacher certificate (holding AMS and AMI and other related professional Montessori certificates);
3. After holding a Montessori certificate, at least 3 years of teaching experience in classrooms aged 3-6 (requires a third-party teaching experience certificate);
4. Have a certain amount of adult training experience (a certificate of teaching experience issued by a third party is required);
5. The number of hours of teacher development courses attended in the past three years is 30 hours (an average of 10 hours per year) (a certificate of course attendance or a certificate of completion is required);
6. Currently an AMS member (provide membership number and expiration date).

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing the operation and overall management of various departments, including finance, personnel, logistics, and health care.
2. Fully responsible for the health and environmental safety management of the kindergarten.
3. Responsible for the application and processing of kindergarten licenses, and maintain a good relationship with relevant government agencies.
4. Seal management, strictly implement the company's seal use system.
5. Support the work of the teaching department and create a good kindergarten environment.
6. Organize and coordinate various large-scale activities in the kindergarten.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in pre-school education and related majors, holding a principal's certificate;
More than 2.5 years working experience in high-end/Montessori kindergarten management positions;
3. Have strong communication and coordination skills, be able to complete organizational work, those with resources from local education-related departments and experience in the creation of the kindergarten are preferred;
4. Good communication in English.
